By entering this CRV Fieldays competition (“Promotion”) and by accepting a prize, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The Promotion will run from 00:001am Wednesday 16th June to 11:59pm Saturday 19th June 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion will consist of one draw.  You must enter the competition to have a chance to win the Prize.
3. To enter the Promotion and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:
   - Sign up to myHERD during the promotional period mentioned above; or
   - Be a pre-exisiting myHERD and submit a testimonial (video preferred) to marketing@crv4all.co.nz
4. No Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5. The winner will be drawn on Monday 28th June.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
7. The Prize winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the sign up form.
8. The Prize winner will have 7 working days to reply to the “Congratulations” email and/or phone call and accept the gift they’ve won. If the winner fails to respond within the aforementioned period, CRV reserves the right to re-draw the prize and announce a new winner(s). The 7-day period will also apply to the re-drawn winner.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

The Prize consists of a three-month myHERD Herd Subscription plus the myHERD per animal fee to the maximum of 450 cows.

General

1. CRV reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Promotion and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
2. If you accept the Prize, you consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the competition.
