Cambridge Stud want to have a presence at the Fieldays as there has been a lack of thoroughbred industry representation in the past. Fieldays is the Southern hemisphere's largest agricultural event so it is vital to be there to promote both our racing and breeding industry as well as our Cambridge Stud brand.  

Entry into the market is relatively simple. Our main streams of income at Cambridge Stud are yearling sales and selling services to our stallions. Whether it would be wanting to buy a yearling to race or to acquire a broodmare to breed off, then our friendly team are here to help. 

We believe great farmers make the best breeders of racehorses. Animal husbandry used in other agricultural sectors can be easily applied back to horse breeding.  

Cambridge Stud also has plenty of employment opportunities. We require seasonal staff every summer to help prepare the yearlings for the Karaka Yearling Sale in January. Full time roles are also available for the right individuals.
